WINEMAKING AND AGEING
100 % Riesling from 2007 vintage. Soft pressing. Fermentation in steel tank at 18°C. Ageing in steel tank for 78 months, ageing in bottle 6 months. No filtered.
Colour: straw yellow with golden shades. Intense and complex bouquet with mineral hints, smoke, dried herbs. Dry and fresh in mouth, very long finish with typical mineral aftertaste.
“Fossa” cheese, smoked goose, trouffle-based plates, smoked salmon .Serve at 13-14°C.
Bordeaux-style bottle 0,75 L, natural cork.
The perfect representation of how long our white wines can live inside a bottle. After so many years of ageing in tanks, this wine could be drunk for more than ten years after bottling. The pure bouquet of Riesling is expressed in all ist complexity and richness. The freshness in mouth makes this wine perfect in pairing with fat and intense foods.
